LiveHelpGenie allows a website visitor to chat with that website´s representatives using a web browser. - Multi Language Chat - LiveHelpGenie provides the ability to chat in all languages including Chinese, Japanese and European Languages
- Emoticons - Add a personal touch to your messages by adding emoticons in your chat and make Live Help experience more friendly for your customers and operators. Users can send emoticons in operator to visitor and operator to operator chat as well.
- Clickable Hyperlinks - Incase the visitor wants to show any website or page to the visitor, he can send the URL which will be automatically clickable.
- Push Pages - Send your visitors directly to web page or web site you want to show them or they are searching for. Or, if the visitor is interested in a certain product just push the web page containing that product, and the page will pop up immediately for them.
- Force/ Send Images - The operator can send images of their products etc to the visitor. He need not send the visitor to the location to view the image.
- Operator to Operator Chat - Operators can chat with any other operator logged in under your company, even if the operator is logged in from another office or a remote location. This feature allows handling of complex requests or transferring of visitors to another operator.
- Ability to accept or reject a chat request - The operator has the power to accept or reject a chat request according to the situation. In case an operator is busy with some visitors and cannot handle more simultaneous chats, he can reject the chat request, which will then go in the queue or to another operator.
- Force Chat - Operator can force a chat upon the visitor. He can popup the chat screen directly to visitors (these can be blocked by popup blockers).
- Operator to operator chat transfer - Transfer chats at the click of a mouse to operators with the proper skill set to assist the customer. The receiving operator will see the current chat transcript and catch up quickly on what has been said. Transfers may be sent across multiple domains and multiple departments from within the Operator interface.
- Pro-Active Chat Invitation - This "pro-active" feature allows you to automate/configure a timed chat invite graphic to pop up on a specific page of your website after a designated time. This is great for inviting visitors to chat who linger on a particular page for a while.
- Multiple operator status - LivehelpGenie is a multi-functional web site monitoring and live chat system which has the facility to show the status of the operators on your website. The chat buttons on the site will show online, off-line, away and back in 15 minutes statuses of the operators.
- Typing Notification - There will be notification on the operator's window to know whether the visitor is typing or not. This will save operator's time because then need not just sit and wait for the reply, he can move to the next chat.
- Visual Alerts and Sound Alerts - Operators do not need to stare at their application window when there is no visitor. If any visitor requests for a chat, a ring sound and a popup on your window will notify you immediately about visitor chat request.
- Screen Saver Detection - The operator will go to an "Away" status automatically when his screensaver starts. This will help proper routing and avoid unnecessary queuing at the operators end.
- Visitor History -Site operators can identify whether the visitor is new or has visited the site before. He will be able to view any chats that the user has had in the past, chat date and chat time. This helps the operator to know what kind of queries the visitor has had in the past. This is also useful when a chat is transferred and the new assigned representative wants to know what kind of information was supplied to the visitor.
- Sorting of Visitor Info -The operator can sort the visitor's list various methods like Page Access Time, Browser, Status, Referrer, Total pages visited and visitors IP address, depending upon the requirement.
